The building’s entrance is a wide square covered by an impressive bowed structure of concrete, based on the idea of a sheet of paper laid over two bricks.

The venture was just for the period of the Expo ' 98, being unknown its future use. However, many projects have been presented, for instance, as Headquarters of the Ministers’ Council to the establishment of a Museum of architecture.  It is temporarily shut.
