Marina Parque das Nações has established a protocol with both Association Salvador and Association Gulliver with the main goal of giving a nautical experience to disable individuals, regardless of their age or type of disability as long as it is feasible with the practice.

The sailing lessons are given using access Class boats which are suitable for beginners. These boats have as its main feature, a low center of gravity and ballasted keel which results in greater stability.

This activity "Sailing for All" takes place at the Nautical Centre of Marina Parque das Nações every Wednesday from 4pm to 6pm, relying on the support of several experienced people as well as sailing enthusiasts.

Sailing is Man’s audacity before the wind, a sport that brings together, around a nautical practice, values ​​of companionship and mutual support, while achieving common objectives.
