DAY SKIPPER
- This license allows for the navigation of any yacht up to 7 meters long, with a maximum power of 45 kW (60 HP) (skippers older than 18 years) or up to 5 meters long, with a maximum power of 22.5 kW (30 HP) (for skippers aged between 14 and 18 years);
- Jet skis with no power limit; Daytime Navigation up to 3 miles far from the coast and 6 miles from an harbour;
- Minimum age - 14 years old

COASTAL SKIPPER
- Allows for the navigation of any yacht with shore view, and unlimited yacht length or motor power; Daytime and night-time Navigation up to 5 miles far from coast and 10 miles from an harbour.
- You may apply directly to this course without having to obtain your day skipper license first). This license can be obtained directly, jumping over the first Day Skipper license, as it includes: Day Skipper + Coastal Skipper licenses.
- This license allows any enthusiast to hire a yacht on the shores of the Mediterranean - Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, Greece, and Corsica - or exotic destinations such as the Caribbean, Thailand, etc.

OCEAN YACHTMASTER
- This Yachting license allows for the navigation of any yacht with unlimited length or motor power. Daytime and night-time navigation up to 25 miles far from coast.
- It also allows any enthusiast to hire a yacht and navigate into the Algarve or through the shores of the Mediterranean - Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, Greece, Sardinia and Corsica - or exotic destinations such as Brazil, the Caribbean, Thailand, etc.
- With this license you also renew your Radio Operator Certificate for Class A.
- In order to get an Ocean Yachtmaster certificate, it is mandatory to be a Coastal Skipper for at least a year upon the date of exam.

Payment may be done until the last lesson of the course, by cheque, cash or bank transfer. During the course there is also the possibility to pay by instalments.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
- Medical certificate stating "Fit for Nautical activities".
- Colored Photo on photographic paper.
- Photocopy of ID card or passport.
- Declaration proving the student's ability to swim.
- Qualifications certificate (only for Coastal Skipper and Ocean Yachmaster).
NOTE: If needed, a medical appointment can be scheduled by the school.
LOCATION
The lectures will take place on the Centro Náutico facilities and the practical classes on the Tagus River, experiencing the yachting reality and aboard a certified yacht for this purpose.
